Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS 

RETURNS

All items and made to order and any returns/refunds or cancellations will be negotiated on a case by case basis.

We (Ghouls Gathering LTD) are not obliged to offer a refund if the person purchasing the item:

  • knew the item was faulty when they bought it (imperfect listed items)
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it
  • no longer want the item (for example because its the wrong size, colour, or not as expected) unless the item was purchase without first seeing it. 

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchasing the item. Postage costs will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition (unused and unopened) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value deemed appropriate. If the buyer fails to present proof of postage and the item is lost in transit, all refunds, replacements or exchanges (where agreed) will be void. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Custom orders of any kind (this includes instances where the item has already been processed/dispatched)
  • Digital downloads (gift cards)

 

REFUNDS

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/UNDELIVERED GOODS

Photographs of damaged of faulty good must be provided within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. Please send the required information to contact@ghoulsgathering.co.uk for your refund to be processed. 

Refunds and replacements will not be issued for items that are lost in transit unless a trackable shipping option was purchased. Proof of postage will be available for all shipping conditions (please email contact@ghoulsgathering.co.uk if you require this information). Please note that proof of postage is NOT the same as tracking information. Tracking information can only be provided if a tracked option was selected at checkout. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of Ghouls Gathering receiving the item/ sufficient proof of damage or defect. It is the buyers responsibility to submit their refund request within the 14 day notice period for this to be processed. We are not liable for the deposited funds once a refund has been issued. Please contact your payment provider directly for any enquiries regarding processing time for deposited funds. 

All terms are void for damaged/faulty items if a refund is not requested within 14 days of receiving the product(s). We retain the right to decline all refund requests after this period.

A credit note equalling the cost of the product(s) may be issued in lieu of the refund if your refund request does not meet the eligibility requirements. A credit note will be issued within 7 working days of reviving the returned item(s).

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the 48 hour period from which the transaction was made has passed. A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled within this time frame.
